Ellie Patten
Hello, hi, howareyanow? I am Ellie, aka Bumps. I grew up in southern Maine and played sports religiously as a child. As time has passed I have put my collegiate career behind me and have channeled that drive and passion into my love for the great outdoors. I am an avid mogul skier, part time raft guide, bike packing enthusiast, and Subaru living wild child. Currently, I am studying Structural Engineering at WPI and love hands-on projects. I am a self label maker/creator, and get immense joy from being able to bring my ideas to life. I started Rad Pus back in December of 2020 and have been able to make all of this a reality with the help of Bronwen Chilton. Without her, this project wouldn't be in existence and for that I am grateful. I am excited for the potential of this project, the possibilities for change that may come from it and the opportunity for it to add to the bigger narrative that is women’s and human rights.

Hello, hi, howareyanow? I am Bronwen, aka Bruises. I come from upstate New York and have loved existing outside since childhood. Skating, skiing, climbing and boating are my current obsessions, but I'm excited to see what other rad stuff people are willing to teach. The main reason I got involved in The Rad Pus Project was the opportunity to improve inclusivity towards women in the outdoor industry. Ellie and I were tired of trying to fit in with the boys, and thrive in the chaos of being underestimated. Im super stoked to start taking groups of rad people outside and to learn other rad stuff!
